About the role

The Senior JavaScript Developer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web applications, ensuring robust code quality, scalability, and user experience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into functional, responsive UI components.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bugs, and conduct unit and integration testing.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and propose improvements to the development stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in JavaScript development with a strong portfolio of production projects.
• Proficiency in ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, NgRx) and component-based architecture.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
