About the role
The Senior Web Developer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web applications, ensuring optimal user experience and robust functionality across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership to drive the web product roadmap and mentor junior developers.
What you will do
- Architect and implement scalable web solutions using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, evaluate new tools, and recommend improvements to enhance development efficiency.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern front-end framework.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and server-side technologies (Node.js, .NET, or Java).
- Strong understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
