About the role
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and user experience. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, secure, and maintainable code.
What you will do
- Architect and implement responsive web interfaces using modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Develop and maintain server‑side logic, APIs, and database interactions with Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of professional web development experience, with a strong portfolio of live projects.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern front‑end framework.
- Experience with back‑end technologies (Node.js, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel) and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and security best practices.
