About the role
The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality software solutions for our core products. Working closely with product managers and cross‑functional teams, this role ensures scalable architecture, robust code quality, and timely delivery while mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of complex features across the product stack
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of code quality and best practices
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver on schedule
- Own technical debt reduction and refactoring initiatives to improve system performance
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to strategic technical decisions
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Angular, etc.)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills
