About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software solutions that power our core products. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the engineer will drive technical excellence, mentor junior staff, and ensure high quality code delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust, high‑performance software components in a modern tech stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to translate requirements into functional, testable code.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing code reviews and best‑practice guidance.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional software development experience, with a strong portfolio of production‑grade code.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
