About the role
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services that power the company's core products and enable seamless integration with front‑end and third‑party systems.
What you will do
- Design, implement, and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support product features.
- Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Collaborate with front‑end engineers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement improvements.
- Maintain database schemas, write efficient queries, and manage data migration scripts.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience building backend systems.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go).
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization best practices.
