About the role
The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions that drive business insights and product innovation. Working closely with data scientists and software engineers, the engineer will transform data into actionable intelligence and integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms.
What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production use.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize model performance and scalability, ensuring robust monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Document model architecture, data preprocessing steps, and deployment procedures for reproducibility.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to the company’s product roadmap.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Strong understanding of cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
