About the role
The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions that drive business insights and automation across the organization. This role focuses on translating data science research into scalable production systems, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams.
What you will do
- Build and maintain end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize research prototypes into production‑ready services.
- Optimize model performance and resource usage for real‑time inference in a cloud environment.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and documentation to ensure high code quality and reproducibility.
- Stay current with AI/ML trends and evaluate new tools and frameworks for potential adoption.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience building production ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
